1. Club/Program Leaders Register Their Program

4‑H leaders begin by registering their chapter or program on BarnRewards.com. It’s free to join, approval is quick, and there are no setup fees. Once approved, each chapter receives a unique sign‑up link for their members.

2. Members Join Under Their Club/Program

Kids join using their chapter’s link (with parent or guardian permission). Each member receives their own BarnRewards participant account, a personal shopping link, and a dashboard to track points and rewards.

Important: Members should update their payment type to Store Credit so their points automatically convert into usable rewards.

3. Youth Members Share Their Personal Link to Supporters

Members share their unique link with family and friends. The more they share, the more opportunities they have to earn rewards.

When someone clicks a member’s link and visits BarnRewards.com, a confirmation bar appears at the top of the page that says:

“You’re shopping with (Member Name)!”
